Voyah Automotive Technology Co., Ltd. said it has signed a deepened strategic cooperation agreement with Shenzhen Yinwang Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., a Huawei-controlled subsidiary, expanding their collaboration in intelligent driving, smart cockpit technologies and consumer-facing software operations.
The agreement, signed on Jan. 12, establishes a joint team to operate consumer software, covering the full value chain from product planning and development to user operations. Voyah said the move is intended to accelerate the commercialisation of software services, deliver more intelligent and engaging features, and enhance the in-car digital experience. The two companies will also coordinate on marketing, promotion and brand standards to support vehicle sales and expand market reach.

Under the framework, the partners will jointly explore new development models based on resource sharing and complementary strengths. Joint teams will co-create new application scenarios, improve development efficiency and shorten vehicle launch cycles, Voyah said.
Voyah and Yinwang first entered into a strategic cooperation agreement in January 2024, focusing on intelligent mobility solutions built around user needs. In 2025, Voyah introduced its “ALL-in intelligence” strategy, equipping its entire model range with Huawei’s Qiankun Intelligent Driving system and a HarmonyOS-based smart cockpit.
The automaker said it is also accelerating the commercialisation of Level 3 conditional autonomous driving. Real-world vehicle testing has covered about 110,000 kilometres, alongside roughly 900,000 kilometres of simulation testing, according to the company.

The partnership extends beyond driver assistance and cockpit software. At the third Intelligent In-Vehicle Optics Summit in December 2025, the two companies said they would jointly develop a next-generation, highly integrated automotive optical solution. The planned system includes a two-in-one smart head-up display, a three-in-one smart headlamp module and a five-in-one in-car display system, with a launch targeted for the second quarter of 2026.
Separately, Voyah has signed a 10-year strategic cooperation agreement with battery maker CATL, covering battery technology, ultra-fast charging and big-data applications. Voyah said the agreement will provide stable battery supply and technical support for its intelligent vehicle lineup.
